Before anyone rides on KarryMi, we run three checks: identity (a valid government ID and NIN, plus a background check), address(so we know where they're based), and a photo on file so you see a real face.

After that, riders stay accountable through ratings on every trip. A rider who slips below our standard doesn't carry passengers until things are put right.

KarryMi is cashless by default. You pay straight from your in-app wallet, which you can top up with your card or a bank transfer — no fumbling for change at the end of a trip.

Your fare is shown clearly before you confirm, so there are no surprises. Prefer cash for a particular trip? You can still choose it where it's available.

When you send a parcel, KarryMi gives you a four-digit delivery code — for example 7305. The person receiving the parcel gives this code to the rider at the door.

The delivery only completes once the right code is entered, so your parcel can't be handed to the wrong person. You also get live tracking the whole way and a photo at the door when it lands.

The moment a rider accepts your trip, you'll see them on a live map with a real-time ETA, plus their name, photo, plate number and rating. You can call or message them in one tap.
